Senior User Interface Designer

At SurveyMonkey (maker of GetFeedback), I partnered with various teams to elevate the visual design language and align it with the brand’s values. My efforts focused on improving design consistency, accessibility, and usability across products. Key results include:

• Co-led projects with the brand team to integrate brand values seamlessly into the product experience, strengthening the connection between product design and marketing.
• Collaborated with the creative director, product design lead, and design systems team 
to refine and enhance the visual design through the design system, making the product more accessible, clear, and engaging.
• Streamlined the design system between marketing and product teams, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all touchpoints.
• Documented and captured detailed usage guidelines on our documentation site, 
enabling other designers to reference and apply the visual design system effectively.

Senior User Interface Designer

March 2019 – April 2022 

At GetFeedback (formerly Usabilla), I played a critical role in leading the product-side rebranding and design unification efforts, resulting in improved brand consistency and efficiency. Key results include:

• Led the product-side rebranding of Usabilla and GetFeedback into a cohesive enterprise look and feel under the GetFeedback platform, ensuring minimal disruption to existing customers.
• Developed a unified UI kit for designers across both platforms, enabling consistent and efficient delivery of future roadmap items.
• Consolidated multiple design systems into a single, streamlined system, accelerating the deployment of new features and supporting the rebranding process.

At Usabilla (a leading digital Voice of Customer solution), I played a key role in refining the visual design strategy and enhancing the design system by working closely with cross-functional teams.
